At the heart of First Executive is a comprehensive team of dedicated and professionally trained personnel. Each Security Agent is capable of providing executive protection, security driving, and responding to medical emergencies.
We at First Executive possesses the versatility to design a protective service package that will effectively address your security needs.
EXECUTIVE PROTECTION SERVICES - First Executive provides access control in sensitive corporate areas to prevent interruption, harassment, or threats to the safe conduct of business. Our agents are thoroughly trained and use extreme discretion and professionalism when providing access control. After careful examination of your security requirements, First Executive will post agents on your more sensitive floors, entrances and monitor closed circuit television monitoring. This service includes escorts, including overseas, medical first response and suspicious package identification.
SECURITY DRIVING SERVICES - We employ the same organization that the US Department of State uses to train their diplomatic security agents in evasive driving and counter surveillance techniques. First Executive has the ability to evaluate traffic conditions and assess and resolve unforeseen difficulties, the occupants can relax as they are safely and comfortably transported to their destination. Our Security Drivers work closely with administrative assistants and assume responsibility not normally expected of a security company. William H. Lester, Chairman & Co-Founder served honorably in the US Marine Corps. He began his career in security with a large international bank based in NY. Mr. Lester moved through the ranks as a security agent, executive escort, security driver, and executive transportation manager before co-founding First Executive in 1997.
Richard W. Settino, President & Co-Founder served honorably in the US Army. He worked as a federal protection officer with the US Department of State before joining the same international bank, where he met Mr. Lester. Mr. Settino also moved through the ranks as a security agent, security driver, electronic eavesdropping detection coordinator, business continuity manager, corporate offsite coordinator and executive home security manager before joining with Mr. Lester in co-founding First Executive.
Our agents attend executive protection and/or antiterrorism driving courses, Red Cross CPR and first responder courses as well as intensive on the job training.
